Yes. Some of the time the staff will be elsewhere in the bldg....production, design center, marketing, mailing, dark room, plate making, creating, typesetting....etc..... And, we like to give you our very own personalized attention...the attention your order deserves when you work with us. We take your emails and the notes from your phone call, and use them to pull cardstocks, and make selections to show you when you arrive. We don't leave you on your own to figure it all out. We do it for you and with you to make it happen the way you need for us to serve you. Yes, please make an appointment. On occasion, you "might" get us at a time when we are able to take you, and we hate to see you make a trip when we in fact, can't stop what we are doing, or interrupt other appointments to serve you.
