Choose your Maid of Honor with care. She will be enormously important during wedding planning. Over the course of time, her job duties will include: planning, hosting and attending parties and fittings, addressing invitations, making calls, running errands, organizing the bridal party and helping to keep you organized! It’s a big job! Be up front and make her (or him) aware of your expectations, financial obligations and time commitments. Should she choose to accept this wonderful and honored position, she will be well informed to make such an important decision.
First & Foremost
Must love the bride and be willing at a moment’s notice (on occasion) to give of her time and opinion. Also, may have to withstand early morning and late-night phone calls.
