When looking at a site,they told us it would hold up to 250 guests,but how can I be sure?It didn't really feel like it would?Please help?

Here is the first thing you do, ask to see the Use and Occupancy of the site also know as the U&O also this should be posted in the room of the location as well, This is should help you, if not you can also call your local clerk of the building inspectors, they will also have this on file as well.
