These are some things to keep in mind for the contract:

On the contract make sure these items are there,
Price that you will pay only to them,how much extended hour price would be.
Will you have to pay extra charge for the chairs 0r tables? Is this included, you want a detail of exactly what you are getting from the site,and how much there is extra, is there a breakage charge as well,
Names of everyone involved in the process on there as well.
Will you have to pay extra for the florist to come 2 hours early?
Who will be doing the clean up?
If you get a percentage of the deposit back when will you recieve it?
Never sign a contract that states they have the right to change the price two weeks before based on market prices or cost of living,
This one above is very important you are probably thinking , no one would dothat will last year in the MD area when the electric issue came about alot of sites tried, this and yes there were brides who had to come up with extra money to cover this, None of An Ultimate Affairs did not,
Just check and double check before signing your contracts, if you have something you don't understand on there, then please voice your concern to the person in front of you and never pay in full, and always get copies of everything before you leave, if you need help with this feel free to email or call us anytime,
