Well now that we have say the perfect location, as we all think we do!
Here are some important things, to consider, when it comes to Money and Budget.
What is included in the cost, Say we have rented a large ball room or even at room in the city or where ever these are some things to even think of even for a hotel.
Does the location include tables and chairs, if so look at them to make sure that they are the type you like ,keep in mind tables can be covered up, chairs now that opens another whole thing of options is it just a regular fold up chair is it clean, will it need chair covers, that keep in mind run any where from 2.50 and up, that doesn't include someone putting them on, a kitchen to use,and what are the hours that are included for the rental, can you have your ceromony, also make sure you ask to see the U &O for this , I mean how many guests will the place hold, and you can tell when you look at it, if it will be crowed or to tight for comfort for your guests, do they provide a parking voucher for the guests, or do they or you have to pay for this,is there meteres or a parking garage close by?
These are very important factors, also check to see how the guests are to come in the place one elevator for the guests and cater to use? there are some of the factors that are very important, also do you have to pay there person extra to be there, and what will there job include to make your day a success?
