Question about a Dress Issue!
This is from Debbie in Seattle Washington.
Dear Pam,
I recently bought a dress on line, When I sent all the information to the bridal shop, the measurments ,color, style, and size, also even spoke to the woman there, and she sent a confirmation email, which I have kept all paper work, with in 6 weeks ,I got my dream dress, which I thought it was, on all the paper work stated i needed a size 4, well I got a 14, it is way to big, and will cost a fortune to fix, When I contacted the woman at the store, she stated" All sales Final" Now what am I to do?
Dear Debbie,
I am so sorry about this, but in your case the sale is not final, if all your paper work that you have saved from the shop states a size 4, then your have every right to get what you have paid for, What I reccommend is make copies of everything and send it certified mail to shop you got the dress from, and that way they can see what you have, and as I have seen the paper work that you sent for me to view, than you should have this taken care of in a few days, everyone sometimes can make a mistake so, just point it out to them by the date of you wedding you have plenty of time for this to be taken care of , Best wishes, and let me know if you have anyother issues with the Dress Shop and would love to know the outcome on this,
Pam
