For Real Beauty say “Open Sesame”

Have you ever felt that beauty is an unattainable goal? We nip, tuck, and peel away at our skin, hoping to pacify a nagging dissatisfaction about ourselves. Whether we choose vitamin peels or laser surgery, the clock continues to tick and the aging process marches on.
On the surface, it appears that beauty is a complicated process. I think this may be because we tend to limit our definition of beauty to our appearance, rather than its lost meaning of grace and quality.
So how can we obtain real beauty? It’s simple. Redefine what beauty means in our unique lives and focus on nurturing our bodies at every stage of life. Beauty isn’t skin deep; however, the body’s largest organ is the skin. A person, whose skin is nourished, will radiate a quality of beauty that is noticed. It reflects the state of our health, both inside and out.
The ancient people in the Far East discovered simple secrets for purifying and protecting their skin. One remedy is the incredible nutritional power of sesame oil. The sesame plant is a shrub grown in China, India, South America, and Africa. For over 4000 years, this oil has been extracted from tiny black seeds. It is a complete antioxidant system that is rich in vitamins A, B, and E, as well as silicic acid, lecithin and linoleic acid.
