In the ancient times of aeons past,
in the Land of Mu,
far before the waters rose,
and created the Islands of Hawaii,
Existed a Goddess,
of supreme beauty, grace, and heavenly light.
The most radiant of all Heavenly Creatures...
Her name was Areyla, the Goddess of the Rainbow Light.
Each day, she would gaze upon Her Beloved,
Aravai, God of the Sacred Sea,
As He would playfully dance upon
the crystiline shores of Ancient Mu.
Areyla longed to be with Her Beloved,
yet, alas, She could not,
for She was a Goddess of Heaven,
and He was a God of the Earth.
Each morning, before the Sun rose,
the Heavenly Goddess would quietly tip-toe,
down to Earth
to write Her name in sand... Areyla
hoping one day Aravai would see.
The Dream of Areyla came true one day,
and as She gazed upon the ancient shores of Mu,
Aravai saw the name of His Beloved Rainbow Dream Goddess,
and filled the crevaces of Her name,
with the Waters of His True Love.
As Areyla saw this, a tear came to Her eye,
which fell ever so gracefully to Earth.
The Tear of Areyla touched where Aravai filled Her name,
written upon the ancient sand,
and merged with the Ocean of His Love.
Then, through Her perpetual passion and Everlasting Love,
She Gracefully arched Her back, and became the Rainbow,
gently touching the Earth with Her essence,
solidifying in Her name,
in the form of a Laa Nalu,
Sacred Rainbow Waves of Mother of Pearl.
As She appeared,
The Sea God leaped for joy,
His sacred heart leaping forth,
from the mighty depths of the Great Abyss.
Embracing each other,
for the first time, for all eternity,
the Creation of their passion
birthed forth from the blessed land,
as a sacred Pounamu, the mystical Green Stone of Love.
The Love of Areyla and Aravai,
can be found in all Creation.
For all there is,
is Love.
