It's that time of the year again! The Tacoma Wedding Expo, held on September 16th and 17th, located at the Exhibition Center of the Tacoma Dome is fast approaching. This is a wonderful opportunity for brides-to-be to see what American Party Place is all about. The day has finally come! PartyCAD has arrived at American Party Place! For those of you not familiar with PartyCAD, it’s a wonderful computer aided drafting program that can help us layout plans for your special day. Once we know the deminsions of an area we can layout anything from tables, chairs, dance floors, buffet lines, the list can go on and on. This program comes in handy when trying to optimize the amount of space you have and accommodate for everything you need at your wedding or reception. Are you planning on renting a tent, but don’t necessarily know what size to order or how much space you need? Perfect! We have all of our tents on file and can show you what size tent will support your needs. Whether you want to have your ceremony or reception under the tent we have a layout for you. Don’t be fooled, PartyCAD isn’t limited to tents. If you provide the deminsions of your site, whether indoors or out, we can help develop a layout for you. We recommend that you make an appointment with our sales consultant, Aimee, to sit down and form a layout. If you make a reservation with us, we can print out the layout for your personal records.
