Hi Gals--This is the first report since starting the Kenzen Body Balance program March 23rd. Secret stats are weight 162# & waist 35.5", hips 43, bust 39.5 height 5'5" over 50 years old. Day 6 after 3 margaritas & some cheetoes on the weekend, I have lost 2.5# & 1.5" in my waistline haven't measured the rest yet. Not hungry or snacking, & eating healthy meals of 21grams protein, 27 grams of carbs & 9 grams of fat--balanced. A support call is available M-F for accountability.
