Like the man you are marrying; its important to love your ring. Remember that man is also your best friend you can tell him anything. Now there are ways to approach this situation.

If you love the diamond and its absolutely gorgeous to you, but not the setting simply tell him after wearing it a few days/weeks its not your style after all.
