MOST ASKED QUESTION
A LOT OF BRIDES ASK.....WHY SHOULD I HIRE A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER?
While I think there are many reasons, I will give you one example of what happened to one of our clients. Amy and Steve had met us at the bridal fair and were overwhelmed with the choices and especially the prices for photography. We chatted with them about their budget and what pictures were the most important to them. They were having a big wedding because they had to invite their entire church plus the usual family and friends. So the cost of feeding everyone was a big concern. And it dominated their budgeting!!!! They were sure they would have to settle on a friend to take the photos! Since we have been doing this for 25 plus years, we suggested that they compromise a little and hire us to do Formal Family photos only. Then it might help the budget if they served Coffee and desserts at the church hall instead of a full dinner, then follow that a few hours later with a more intimate sit-down or buffet dinner for the closer members of the family. That way the Church members are not offended, and the family gets to share a more intimate experience with the bride and groom. After the wedding, Amy and her Mom were so pleased with how things went, they ordered extra wallets to send in their Thank You cards. Amy told me that was a huge hit with her guests......they all felt like they got a gift as well.
