Hawaii Weddings and Events is pleased to introduce a new package which has been developed to relieve the last minute crunch by reviewing details two months prior to their wedding day rather than the customary 3-4 weeks prior.

“FOR MY PEACE OF MIND” - THE 60-DAY COUNTDOWN TO A STRESS FREE WEDDING DAY!
$1450 (hotel venue) or $1950 (non-hotel venue or two locations)

For those couples that have made their own arrangements but just don’t how to tie up all those loose ends or are starting to feel a little overwhelmed or unsure. Coordinating services will commence two months prior to the wedding day. Average planning/coordination time is 20-25 hours and includes in depth review of all vendor contracts, ensuring all details with the venue have been finalized, assisting with preparation of detailed timeline for the day, assisting with finalizing program for wedding, participates in final meeting with venue, rehearsal day coordinator (one hour) and on-site wedding coordinator for eight hours on event day
