WHAT IS THE NACE SPECIAL EVENT CARD?

The silver card which sells for $50 each is a fundraiser for the Honolulu Chapter of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) which is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote fellowship, education and professionalism in the catering industry. Proceeds from the sale of the card is for continuing education opportunities for our NACE members (which in turn allows us to better service you), scholarships for students pursuing careers in catering and community service projects (in 2005 our chapter provided a donation of $2400 to Hurricane Katrina).

WHY SHOULD I BUY A NACE SPECIAL EVENT CARD? ACTUALLY, THE QUESTION SHOULD BE WHY NOT? Depending on the number of vendor services you utilize, the card not only pays for itself but could potentially save you a lot more! Ohe added bonus is that you are not only helping a great cause, but you can be assured that you are dealing with professional vendors for your most special occasion.

HOW CAN I BUY A NACE SPECIAL EVENT CARD?
All NACE members have a supply of cards, or if you prefer to pay via credit card you may buy on-line at http://www.nacehawaii.com/special_event_card.html. We are continually updating our offerings, so we do ask for your e-mail address so we can keep you informed of new offers, or you may visit the website to see current offerings.

WHAT IS THE EXPIRATION DATE OF THE CARD AND IS IT TRANSFERABLE?

The silver card expires March 31, 2008. With each reprint, we will change the color of the card to make it easily identifiable from year to year.

Cards are non-transferable and a master list of names and card numbers are provided to NACE members for verification purposes.
