What is The Secret? Actually, in wedding planning there are many little secrets to successful planning that seasoned professionals have learned through their own experiences, but weﾒd like to share the three that are the most important ones for you to consider. Number one is having your professional key vendors in place early in the planning process (you want to make decisions based on who you want not just who is available) so basically, the secret is surrounding yourself with good people. Secondly is ensuring that your d￩cor ideas are realistic considering the time and budget that is alloted. Lastly, the secret ﾓallowing yourselfﾔ to entrust and relinquish some control to an experienced Hawaii wedding planner who will help you create a detailed timeline to ensure all details are covered, ensure nothing has been overlooked and to execute all the fine details.

With the above in mind, our newest package has been created for the savvy bride that really wants to plan most of her wedding and either has definitive d￩cor ideas in mind but doesnﾒt know to implement it (or just has no idea what to do and needs guidance and recommendations). Ten (10) virtual consulting hours are provided ﾓin the beginning stages of your wedding planning to help streamline the process of securing your professional vendors so you can rest assured you have the right people in place and your d￩cor ideas have been clearly defined.

Coordinating services will commence again three months prior to the wedding day. Average planning/coordination time is 30-40 and includes in depth review of all vendor contracts (which with this package takes less time as weﾒve been involved in helping you from the beginning), ensuring all details with the venue have been finalized, assisting with preparation of detailed timeline for the day (one of the most critical elements), assisting with finalizing program for wedding, participating in final meeting with venue, rehearsal day coordinator (one hour) and on-site wedding coordinator for nine hours on event day.
