When searching for the perfect person to join you and your fiance in matrimony, many options are available. Start your search by asking friends and family for referrals. Your other wedding vendors may have a suggestion as well.
If you are planning a religious ceremony, a priest or rabbi from your childhood church or synagogue may be the way you would like to go. Or, if you are going with a non-traditional ceremony, a friend may obtain a minister's license.
Talk with the potential officiant about what type of ceremony he/she will perform. If you are planning on writing your own vows or including readings or a special song, will the officiant incorporate that into the ceremony?
As with any of your wedding vendors, get all the specifics in writing. Include the date of the ceremony, fees, and any special restrictions.
Your wedding officiant should make your wedding day memorable.
And, what better way to remember your ceremony and wedding day then through photographs - we hope you'll think about letting us create those memories with you.
