We are serving wine only at our reception and I must let the caterer know how much we want. My question is how to figure this number? I need to get this right so it's just the right amount.
Most people drink two glasses of white and one champagne for the toast, people rarely switch from red to white, so if you have 100 guests, 50 bottles all together for wine, half that number one red, one white, so about 25 of each. Hope that helps!
