Absolutely, there are companies/vendors that can provide the elements you're looking for. Which vendor(s) you choose depends on how elaborate you'd like to go. The perfect venue, period attire, a jazz band, stage backdrops, art deco centerpieces, black & white accessories... these are just some of the details that can make your event perfectly themed. If you need referrals, or design & organization help, a planner is a great resource. Good luck.

Check out ideas for themes on the internet, and, then, once a theme is selected, choose appropriate colors, and make the colors match throughout the wedding stationery, favors, and of course the clothing and decor.
