Who in the bridal party do we need to provide flowers for?

We are trying to cut cost, and I'm wondering if it is okay to just have a bouquet and a boutonniere for the groom, and skip the flowers for everyone else? Is this tacky?

You can always finds simple in-expensive bouquets at a grocery store. Three roses each for bridesmaids could look simple festive and wouldn't be that expensive.

No, it's not tacky. Hopefully, your guests are attending to witness your union, not critique your floral design. If you feel badly about having the ladies go empty-handed, some simple white or natural wood fans with long ribbons hanging off them, in your wedding colors are fanciful, inexpensive alternatives.

I think it depends on how formal your wedding is going to be. Maybe each bridesmaid can carry one flower and groomsman can just tuck a flower in their pocket or something?
