A reminder to the groom~ the best man plays such an important role, remember to choose a best man who is reliable and trustworthy. The only other addition would be to supervise the duties of the other groomsmen and to ask for help when needed.
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. Here are some tasks that you can give to your best man.
-Plan and pay for bachelor party w/groomsmen.
-Help pick out tuxes, rent tux, and go to fittings.
-Help bring any boxes to ceremony and reception location.
-Have him be in charge of getting the groom where he needs to be and on time. It can be a hectic day, so it is good to have someone keeping track of time.
-Hold onto the rings until it is time in the ceremony to exchange them.
-Sign the marriage license.
-Make sure that all of the vendors bills are settled. He can do this by getting the money from the bride, groom, or whoever is paying before hand so it is easy to just hand to the vendor.
-Make a toast if that is what the bride and groom prefer.
-Arranges transportation or personally drives the bride and groom to the hotel or the airport.
-Make sure all rented items such as tuxes are returned on time. Groomsmen should help with this.
-Whatever else you need done.
