How do we word the invitation or the rsvp card so that they will send the gifts to our home address?
We will be going to Las Vegas to get married and then three months later we are planning to go back home to have the reception. We don't want to take all our gifts on the plane.
You can always get the info out via Word of Mouth...that's the best way to do it.... if you want it printed somewhere, you can add it to your wedding website....or state it on a separate enclosure that you plan on having another reception locally...but getting the word out via Word of Mouth is most likely your best bet. I got married in Las Vegas, I'm the chef, and married the bartender, and we askes for giftcards from our favorite retailers, so that we wouldn't have the giant load of gifts and boxes to bring back with us.
