My fiance and I live in AZ, and are being married in WA to make it easier on my large family to be able to attend the wedding. We are planning on having a second, casual reception for our friends down here.

I was wondering how to word the invitation and what kind of invitations to send out for the second reception?

It is really a challenge to prepare for your own wedding but hey you're happy right so no problem! I was just looking around for good wedding cards that I can use for my invitations since I want to make it look more of a DIY wedding.

Actually, you should be able to select Announcement wording - where the invite is announcing your wedding. So you'll have two invitation orders. If you didn't print reception cards you would just add the short reception copy at the bottom (kinda tacky, but....times are tough).

I am going to have to order Announcements myself...too many people I'd like to have there, but can't afford to. I think I've already decided on my invite - it's from Jean M! I'm going with a single card, but the design and two ink colors make it sooo cute! I'll have 2 orders too, so....gotta go with the single card.

Hope that helps!
Good luck
