My favorite wedding experience was with a couple who had their dog as a ring bearer for their outdoor ceremony. Tucker, their dog, was escorted down the aisle by the couple's 7 year old nephew, both of them in tuxes. On cue, Tucker was released from his leash and delivered the rings to the groom. Once Tucker had completed his most important task, he returned to his place back with their nephew. Their dog did all of this to hugh "Awwhhhs!" from all of the wedding guests. Tucker performed perfectly!

One of the activities I most enjoy is creating a beautiful meal for my friends and family. I love combining dishes with lots of colors, flavors and textures and then finding a great bottle of wine to drink with the meal. I enjoy it even more when my two teenagers join in and cook with me.

Without question, this would be my children, my husband and my dog.

I enjoy many foods from different cultures and styles from tofu to prime rib. However, when it comes to comfort food, not much could compete with chocolate and peanuts in any combination (Snickers, Reeses Cups, or in ice cream).

I guess I can't pick one: Lion King, Ghost, Erin Brockovich, City of Angels, Jerry Maguire, War Games, Hitch, Pursuit of Happyness, Cyrano De Bergerac, the Lord of the Rings series and The Big Chill. I have eclectic taste in movies but the common thread is that I am a hopeless romantic who always roots for the underdog and cries during almost every movie.

There are a few people that I would really enjoy meeting: Scott Hamilton, Gold Medalist Skater; Nelson Mandela, Oprah Winfrey and my husband's father who past away long before I had the chance to meet him.

I am an animal lover in general but dogs are my favorite. My Australian Shepard dog has a big space in my heart. I got her from a rescue shelter nine years ago and daily she repays me by teaching me the art of unconditional love.

I want to accomplish many things in life. One fun thing I want to do is to spend some time in every one of the states in the US. I have 11 states to go to reach this goal. One more will be checked off the list this year when I spend a week in Idaho with my family.
