We are an 80 yr. old company serving brides and families for weddings since 1927. We decided to focus on wedding needs during the re-organization of the company in the mid nineties to suit the goals of the family as more family members joined our staff. This enabled us to use the creative and design and marketing capacities of children and spouses to the benefit of the families we serve. Our business supports local charities and the resources required to provide counseling services to those in need.

About 4 years ago, we had the opportunity to provide save the dates and wedding invitations for two pharmacists. When we attended the wedding ceremony, the pastor's message was on the prescription for a happy marriage. It was so appropo, and so special, that I took notes on his message. I was thrilled to get to witness their vows, and to see how many hearts it takes to create a beautiful ceremony!

My favorite pastime is using my gifts to serve others when my family is not around. And, when they are, give me time with my family and little grandMEN, and I am in grandparent heaven. I love to play with papers and create new color combinations for invitations to match the newest color ensembles for weddings. And, I do watch some "comedy" sitcoms that make me laugh.

Honestly, it would not be just one. I suppose that while not high maintenance, I am a bit eccentric. Yes, I will confess to that. LOL.

I have won many awards over the years. The ones I have cherished most are those I have earned for maintaining my credentials to serve others professionally, and in business, the sales awards I rec'd in bonuses while I was a Senior Advtg. Account exe. for The Wall Street Journal and perks. I used my abilities to serve others' needs and goals. We have not entered our printing and our designs in any contests. We do our best to please a few clients at a time. This is award and reward enough in itself.

ONLY one! Well, it would be home made bread seconded by my personal home made chicken soup.

A toughie. Well, it is one of two I love. It was a sleeper when it came out. Richard Dreyfuss and Holly Hunter in Once Around. There are 4 weddings in that movie. I first saw it 1993, and I laughed and cried so much in it. It honestly encouraged me to consider someone older than I am the 2nd time around, and there was "a fifth wedding". My OWN! I AM AN INCURABLE ROMANTIC, AND ALSO VERY SENSIBLE.

We spent our honeymoon traveling across country from Va. to Ca....enjoying the mtn.s of the Sandia Peaks in New Mexico and dinner at the top taking the tramway, seeing the Painted Desert, and enjoying the Grand Canyon, stopping over by Big Sur enroute to the San Francisco Bay area. This was a fabulous trip.

I have lived long enough to know that we are all very much alike. I am comfortable with either celebrities or someone with no cause to fame

At present I am without a kitty. Callie died, and, to date, she is irreplaceable. She loved exploring the building, and joined the printer(s) and found her way to me wherever I might be in the bldg. She was wonderful company.

Create a larger counseling entity that helped individuals find what they were designed to do in their life's work. This is so essential to the joy and happiness one experiences in life.
