Illusion of Grandeur Photography serves all of Western Washington, but primarily Thurston and Pierce counties. We always shoot with 2-photographers so we can thoroughly cover your wedding and get different angles. We know that when your wedding day is over that your photos are what remain, therefor we take documenting the details, the moments and the people very seriously. We believe in offering more memories for your money.

I love photographing natural settings. Washington state offers such a vast range of gorgeous scenery that wherever you turn there is something incredible to photograph.

Hmmm...Chocolate mint ice cream is a pretty good one.

I like a lot of different movies, and for different reasons. Mostly though, I like comedies, Flushed Away was a recent movie that was incredibly funny, and appeals to the kid in me.

I always enjoy meeting any new people, especially the couples that we will be photographing a wedding for, there is usually so much excitement and energy about the planning that it is contagious.

I was always a dog person until I met my husband. We now have 2 cats and a chinchilla. I like how self sufficient the cats are, and they are a lot of fun to play with and to watch.

I would like to travel the world and photograph waterfalls, I am fortunate because Washington state has some gorgeous ones and I have yet to see them all, but I certainly would love to see some that are in other states and countries.
