We have a variety of items to feature on your candy buffet, from candy you grew up with to unique homemade confections!

Aubrey and Eric resigned from their full time jobs in Maui to move to O`ahu so they could be closer to their `ohana after an unfortunate loss of a family member in 2006. After eight years, Aubrey had to make an unexpected career change, but promise herself she would also focus on her business she established in 1999. Although it no longer involved floral designing or event planning, she knew it had to embrace 'good things' for events and weddings.

A&E were engaged in January 2006 and were blissfully married in August 2007. While planning their wedding, so many ideas inspired the couple. One to mention and a favorite was a cookie and confection buffet Aubrey came across in one of Martha Stewart's publications. A&E’s island “chillax” themed wedding included an “island delights” buffet, which offered a selection of Hawai`i’s local snacks that everyone loved; it was then na mea maika`i created Sweet Treats Buffets.

After helping Aubrey with a few buffets, Eric caught the 'sweet buzz' and decided to team up with her and offer homemade confections. Eric earned an AS degree from New England Culinary Institute (NECI) in Monpelier, VT and very passionate about food. His former employers include Fremont Marriot in Fremont, CA; Osteria del Circo and Le Cirque restaurants of the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, NV; and Kalama Heights and independant living/retirement facility. Eric's homemade confections are made only bite-sized or "one-biters", hence the name Small Bites, to feature on any Sweet Treats Buffet or for any catered event.
