My most memorable wedding moments have been the times when I have photographed a high school senior and then many years later when they contact me to photograph their wedding it is such a special time for me seeing them all grown up. The icing on the cake is when they return for portraits of their babies! Wow!

I love to ski and fish. There is something compelling and lovely about the mountains and being outdoors all day that just speaks to me!

Ok, can I choose 2? It would be my car and my camera. It is my responsibility to capture events for future generations!

I've had several images selected for exhibition through the PPA in 2003 and 2006. These were the Western States Print Competitions through PPW/PPA. That is, Professional Photographers of America and Professional Photographers of Washington. We were competing against many photographers from this region, not just Washington state.

I love the movie "The Kid" because it is about a boy who visits himself in the future and helps to bring about positive changes for his life. It is enlightening to see how his boyhood experiences shaped his grownup life and how he somehow veered from the path of his dreams. It really boils down to relationships and how important they are. The kid he was reminds him of that and it is a sweet ending. Romantic.

I love dogs and cats. Cats sure are easier: I had no idea until we got one for our little girl a couple of years ago. They are a bit temperamental, though.
