Groom's Menu
• Classic Caesar salad made with crisp romaine, seasoned croutons, and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
• Roasted beef served with horseradish and sautéed mushrooms
• Rosemary new potatoes
• Organic green beans and sliced almonds
• Fruit assortment
• Artisan bread with local honey and sweet butter
• Petite pancakes served with regional apples sautéed in cinnamon and Maker’s Mark bourbon
• Plating, silverware, glassware included. $30 per person price.
Bride's Menu
• Organic greens with crumbled blue cheese or feta and a seasonal selection of house made vinaigrette and dried cranberries
• Northwest salmon fillet served with a side of lemon
• Tangerine infused sweet potatoes
• Signature creamed spinach
• Fruit assortment
• Artisan bread with local honey and sweet butter
• Lavender crème brulee
• Plating, silverware, glassware included. $30 per person price.
