Wedding Vendor Profile
Aloha and thank you for stopping by. Planning your reception can be quite the daunting task. It doesn't have to be as long as you surround yourself with professional vendors that you can have full confidence in. I invite you to schedule a no obligation free consultation to see how Video DJ's of Hawaii can help make your reception "stress free, worry free, and hassle free."
More and more brides are requesting the Custom Lighting (Gobo) with their names and wedding date. Here is an example of just how this amazing lighting effect sets off the reception site and lets everyone know that Alisa and Ryan have arrived.
My most memorable wedding story or experience
All of the weddings and receptions that I have attended over the years have been special in their own way. To single one out as a favorite would prove to be extremely difficult to almost impossible. The bride walking down the aisle to AC/DC's "Back in Black" was pretty memorable. Jenn's "Custom Recording" dedication to her late father as she and her brother danced to "Dance with my Father again" was pretty emotional and memorable as well... there wasn't a dry eye in the place after that dance.
My favorite past time or hobby
My favorite past time is listening to music and remixing music videos. I enjoy watching Platinum Weddings and Whose wedding is it anyway? I also bowl on a regular basis and I'm a big time supporter of Hawaii TV Bowling.
The one item I can't live without
The one thing that I can't live without is my DayPlanner. I'm old school and believe that, "the dullest pencil remembers more than the sharpest memory."
Awards I've received
Various leadership awards, military awards, and several art awards. Oh... and a 299 high score ring.
My favorite comfort food
Cheesecake!
My favorite movie
My favorite movie? There are too many to name... how about genre? I enjoy comedies the most, action second, and everything else third.
People I'd like to meet
When I use to work at the radio stations, I overcame the starstruck stage. I would like to meet Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice, and Prince.
One thing I'd like to accomplish in life
If I had the resources, I would like to open a Youth Facility that encompassed as many disciplines one could think of that would keep kids interested and off the streets. Whether it be music, video, dance, stage, academics, automotive, or anything else... that would be quite the accomplishment. (If that's really cheesy, then so be it.)
