Longing to do something creative, James made a major career change when he closed his medical clinic to start Crane Media in 1999. James has always liked the look and asian feel of cranes and used it as his logo for the medical clinic. After transitioning into videography he felt the crane worked even better with his new name "Crane Media". And was a fitting name for a wedding company in Hawaii, where the 1001 crane tradition still holds strong meaning.

My high school pal, David Murphey and I recently started paddling for a team sponsored by New Hope. I love the speed, the wind in my face and the teamwork. When you've got 5 other guys depending on you, theres no room for slacking.
