Hello,
My name is April Koshork and I am the wedding expert at the Embassy Suites. Although I help plan all social events, weddings are my main focus. I have been in my position for about a year and a half and have enjoyed getting to know brides, grooms, and their families. I consider it an honor to be part of such a wonderful experience.

We have a variety of wedding packages to choose from and can custom create one to fit in with your vision of what you would like for your day.

I recently had a bride and groom who wanted to have assigned seating. They made names for each table. The names were dates and they wrote a story explaining why that date was important to them. So all the guests were aware of where they were sitting, the bride and groom provided bamboo plants as favors when they arrived, with the table name on them. It was truly a creative and unique idea, and gave the guests a chance to get to know their friends a little bit better.

I absolutely love to read. When I pick up a book, it is impossible for me to put it down. This leads to a lot of nights where I only get a few hours of sleep.

Chapstick. I have a tube of chapstick in every room of my home and every room of my parents home. I go insane not having it around.

My mother's macaroni and cheese is the best. I can be in the worst mood, and then go over there to eat and I instantly cheer up when I start eating.

My favorite all time movie is Say Anything. What girl wouldn't want to be with a guy like Lloyd Dawbler. It is the ultimate romantic story.

I am definitely a dog person. I don't have one at the moment but I would love to own an english bulldog at some point.
